Postage
We make every effort to send your goods via the most economical and safe method.

We prefer to charge you as little as possible for your freight, so that you will have more to spend on your crafting supplies!

We consider a quick turnaround important, so that you are not waiting on your goodies!

We usually post same day as payment received, however, things do sometimes happen which prevent this.

Any orders received on a holiday or weekend will be shipped on the next business day.

All shipping costs quoted include the Australian GST component.

We post within Australia, with Australia post and Fastway couriers.

All products/items are sent in secure packaging. All products/items are inspected before posting.

Returns
Papercraft Magic will not reimburse you the cost of your product if returned because you have changed your mind or for a reason other than it being faulty.

Papercraft Magic does not refund the postage and handling on any product returned for any other reason.

Should your items be faulty, they will be replaced at no cost to you, including postage.

Papercraft Magic operates according to strict quality control guidelines.

Exchanges or Credits do not include postage and handling and will be processed within 7 working days of receipt of the goods.

The product must be returned in original condition and packaging, as received by you with all products/items included.

Please keep your sales invoice as proof of purchase.

You may be requested to produce the invoice/receipt when returning the product/item for exchange or credit against future purchases.

The product must be returned in its original packaging, complete with all contents as shipped to you, within 7 days.

Partial returns won’t be accepted.

Please return items in their original state, well packed so that they are not damaged in transit.

If returned items are damaged in transit, we won’t be able to give you a credit.

You must enclose the following details with the returned product:

YOUR NAME AND ADDRESS;
THE ADDRESS THE PRODUCT WAS SENT TO;
YOUR INVOICE NUMBER OR RECEIPT NUMBER OR A PHOTOCOPY;
YOUR CONTACT TELEPHONE NUMBER.

We recommend that you return the product/item via Australia Post.

When returning items you assume any risk of theft and/or lost or damaged goods during transit & therefore we advise that you lodge the product with Australia Post via REGISTERED MAIL.

Papercraft Magic reserves the right to refuse to accept, and also to return, any parcels that arrive COD or have More To Pay stamped on them.
